This is Hexagram, my submission to One-Page RPG Jam 2021.
all OPRGPs are minimalistic in their own way, and for me, minimalism means doing only one thing as hard as possible; Hexagram is basically a magic system and nothing else. I wanted to play a game where magic felt engaging and demanding, and also fairly chaotic and unpredictable. I'm quite happy with how it turned out, my quick test game was very fun.
I abused the Jam allowances of a back page and character sheets in order to squeeze in the maximum amount of game possible.
"The Sixth Codex" is just supplemental material, and not an actual part of the game. It's a 4-page in-universe magick textbook, and I made myself cry thinking about wizards, please read it!

Any feedback is hugely appreciated, even if it's just typos or little graphical errors.

It’s a fascinating game. I believe it would benefit from a faction system or some sort of setting to make it shine. Will you make a longer form of it ?

I do have plans to do more with this game, but I think I'm going to take it in another direction, away from table top and into computer games.. We'll see!
and thank you!

… for tabletop you would need to look at poker dice or other existing games combinations that can be read easily (like sequence, full, even or odd numbers, etc.) If you don’t do it maybe I will and tell you then. Good luck!
