Day 1 and 2 patches

v1.01:
    -You can now use dates before 1970......
v1.02:
    -Added windows_pos to config file. you can set the default postion for the window or leave them as -1 to let the OS decide. (postion in pixels from the top left of the screen)
    -Added hour_fmt to allow the user to define the format for hours displayed in previews.
    -Notes with hour set at 00:00:00 no longer show the hour in previews, in other words, "00:00:00" is interpreted as "all day". if you actually have an event at 00:00, just set it to 00:00:01.
    -yearly events no longer show up before their stating date.

-(PT-BR) Adicionei um arquivo com os feriados móveis (Carnaval, Corpus Christi, etc) nos próximos 10 anos. (Só retirar o '~' do nome do arquivo (fica na pasta 'data')
